NYC Transit and Mabstoa have a few customer service specialist positions open. My question is, how hard is it to get into these positions. The qualifications aren't that difficult ( high school diploma and 2 to 4 years customer service depending on the position or bachelors degree or associates) plus the salary is pretty decent for the job. Seems like a great entry level craft to get into the NYCT. Hopefully transit isn't as hard to get into like the LIRR. Anyone knows how long it takes for transit to reply to these resume positions? Opinions are welcome.
